Delicious Overnight Oats Recipe: How to Make Coconut Milk Tea Infused Oats for a Healthy and Easy Breakfast

Always running late in the morning and in need of something quick and easy for breakfast? Then this recipe is for you! This recipe can be replicated with any of the tea elixirs from the Parch website, but for this one, we'll be using the Coconut Milk Tea for all the milk tea lovers! After trying this recipe, you won't ever need to worry about rushing for breakfast again!

Our Coconut Milk Tea Elixir is inspired by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and carefully crafted with a blend of astragalus root, goji berries, and red jujube, this decaffeinated elixir offers a vibrant and mouthwatering alternative to sugary bubble tea drinks.

 

Here's a simple recipe, featuring our Coconut Milk Tea Elixir! You can also add these oats to your favourite yogurt to elevate its taste!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy ot plant-based)
  • 1 tsp. Parch Coconut Milk Tea elixir (or any Parch elixir of your choice!)
  • sweetener to taste (condensed milk is a great option for this!)

Instructions:

  1. Mix oats, milk, Parch Coconut Milk Tea elixir, and sweetener in a jar.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir and add toppings (such as yogurt, fruit, or nuts)

And that's it! It takes only 3 steps to make and is super easy and quick to make! You can also modify the recipe and experiment with different fruits or milk options to cater to your own taste!
